back to the daily grind...

May 3

Today will be our first day back to the gym since I was about 1 month pregnant... I've been waiting months and months for this, I'll have that bikini body in no time haha I hope!

Well today was... fun but I took it SLOOOOOWWW. I ran about 15-16mins, and then did some leg work.... and my favorite part I sat in the dry sauna for 10mins.


May 4

Today I got going early and was at the gym by 8am it was nice to go to my classes again. Today I did a cycling class it was sooooo tough, my legs were KILLING me by the end. I left the class and 15mins later I was sore, and I'm still sore!!!!! Tomorrow I'll be back up there at 8:30am for a yoga class, I use to hate yoga always complaining how boring it was, now I don't know what I was thinking! Its the best for anybody I still hate the end part of my classes where we lay down and meditate which for most people that's the best part. I'm to ADHD to lay down and be still!!! haha



My current weight :125lb 8oz!!!!!! ahhhhh

before baby weight :110-114lb


I have 10-15lb to lose, I know I can do it!!!! At the end of this month we are going tubing on the river so I need to get it together!!!!
