So we found out the very end of may we were pregnant... yay so now all we have to do is wait for the time to ding. Now here we are, its Aug17th and I'm 4 months pregnant last week I had my 3rd doctors visit were I had the triple test done. If you don't know what that is it's:
a maternal blood screening test that looks for three specific substances: AFP, hCG, and Estriol.
AFP: alpha-fetoprotein is a protein that is produced by the fetus.
hCG: human chorionic gonadotropin is a hormone produced within the placenta
Estriol: estriol is an estrogen produced by both the fetus and the placenta
AFP: alpha-fetoprotein is a protein that is produced by the fetus.
hCG: human chorionic gonadotropin is a hormone produced within the placenta
Estriol: estriol is an estrogen produced by both the fetus and the placenta
So they are testing to see if there could be any abnormality in the baby... every body pray for us. I'll find out the results this week, Then Sept 3 we find out girl/boy???? Dom dom dom......
