Dinner Friday

So last night we took my parents out to dinner for watching our dog while we were at the beach. We went to El chaparral in Helotes. It was really yummy.... I had puffy tacos my fav! Anyway they have a big play area for the kids so u can imagine that we hardly saw Alli, just to eat and then she was gone again. Last night we gave Bennie a flour tortilla she loved it but when daddy finally took it from her she started crying.

Last weekend Alex's parents, his brother, Rachel, Elaina, Aaron, and Vicki all went to the beach. We had such fun, the weather was awesome and the water felt great!

So the other day I ran in to Clarece at old navy and we shopped a bit together.... That's a bad idea bc we both LOVE to shop! Anyway she bought a sleep mask for Alli and this is what alex and I saw when we checked on Alli after she fell asleep last night... Haha

Tonights dinner

So I have been crazy about this new cooking show on hallmark network called Mad Hungry. Everything Lucinda Scala Quinn makes is simple for the most part, this was the most complicated item. I made curry chicken with mango chutney and Alex and I had banana daiquiris yummo! Doesn't my dinner look good!!!!!

Texas State Fair.... RAINED OUT

This weekend we went to Dallas for the State fair. I rained the whole time and all the rides were closed!!!! But we put on our ponchos(courtesy of Adam and Lori) and hit the fair.... Alli played games and we walked around looking at exhibits.
